During National Safety Day on March 30th, we focused on safe-working-practices throughout the construction industry. At VolkerWessels we did this by playing the safety game at all our construction, production and office sites. In small groups we talked to each other about safety dilemmas and our personal motivation to work safely.
Our vlog team, together with Jan de Ruiter (Chairman of the Board) and Bas Roordink (Safety Manager), had the opportunity to sit down with each other at the construction site of the A58 Innovation Lane project in Oirschot. On this project, VolkerWessels companies Gebr. van Kessel and KWS are working on behalf of the Department of Public Works with zero emissions, which also leads to new safety risks. Plenty to talk about during the safety game!
