A joint venture between Aberdeen Standard Investments’ European Real Estate Club III LP and VolkerWessels Logistics Development has developed a new DC in Breda of approximately 46,000 m² and sold it to Tritax. 

The property, located on the Bavelse Berg in Breda, was delivered at the end of 2019 by the contractor Systabo (also a VolkerWessels company).

For Tritax, a British asset manager, this is the first purchase in the Netherlands on behalf of their logistics platform Tritax Eurobox.

The seller was advised on this transaction by JLL and DLA Piper. Buyer was legally advised by NautaDutilh and technically by Malcolm Hollis. LCP will provide the asset management services on behalf of the new owner.
