PlasticRoad shortlisted for INDEX: Award 2017

PlasticRoad, the concept for a road made from 100% recycled plastic, is among the designs shortlisted for the INDEX: Award 2017. The award is the world’s largest design award with a prize fund totalling €500,000. The INDEX: Award recognises the most sustainable designs that contribute to improving quality of life.

PlasticRoad is among the finalists in the Community category and was selected from more than 1,400 entries from 85 countries. The PlasticRoad finalist page can be viewed here. The names of the five winners will be announced on 1 September.
