VolkerWessels applies a two-tier board model and is governed by a Management Board and a Supervisory Board. The Management Board is entrusted with the management, the strategy, corporate social responsibility matters and the operations of VolkerWessels under the supervision of the Supervisory Board. In addition the Management Board is accountable to the General Meeting. VolkerWessels is a limited liability company and it applies the ‘large company regime’ (structuurregime).
